Description
A device installed under a kitchen sink between the sink's drain and the trap.The
device is designed to shred food waste into pieces small enough to pass through
plumbing.

Maintenance Checklist
• Refrain from putting large amounts of food down the garbage
disposal.
• Run cold water from the faucet first, then feed your garbage disposal
a little at a time.
• Never stick your hand down the disposal.
• Many disposals have an emergency shut off to help prevent damage.
